The beach of Monte Clérigo Beach is within the Natural Park of Costa Vicentina, an area of exceptional natural beauty. It has easy access by tarmac road, completed by ramps and stairs at the entrance of the beach. With the low sea the landscape is sweeping, exposing rock formations and extensive lagoons in the sand. It is a long beach with clean, fresh water, made up of fine golden sand with cliffs to the end and gently sloping sand dunes towards the middle of the beach. Provides reasonable surfing conditions. Very consistent from Marco to October. Sometimes the wind can be a problem.
