A long flat beach at east of Sagres. The beach is quite big and quite sandy. The water is calm, but there can be quite some wind on the water. It is protected from the winds of the West and Southwest by the tip of Whale. Martinhal waves are not very consistent and only works with a heavy swell, so when the sea is big on the west coast in winter, this beach can be a good alternative.
